LIFT SAFETY GATES
Elevate Contracting ensures safe workplace measures for your staff during the construction on lift shafts by providing safety gates. Our lift shaft safety gates cover the exposed opening of the lift shaft while providing ease of access for authorised personal to complete lift installations.
Elevate Contracting supplies, delivers, installs and removes our lift safety gates which comply with Australian standards. Our gates cover all exposed shaft openings and access is provided through a hinged lockable keyed alike door.
As all lift shafts can vary in terms of structure, our experienced team modifies the fixings to always ensure structural integrity and guaranteed adhering to the Australian Safety standards. Our Lift Safety Gates are either fixed to the wall or floor via four concrete fittings.
Here at Elevate Contracting our client needs are always a high priority. We can provide easily accessible hinged handrails within our lift cages. Our handrails are fitted during the install and provide a high level of safety. We provide lift safety gates to varying builds from low to high rise with contract time frames suited to your needs.

LIFT PROTECTION
The interior of an elevator are susceptible to significant damage during building construction as they often used by removalists and trades people to transport materials. It is important to prevent costly repairs to lift interiors from damaged interior walls (and floors) by providing lift protection.
Elevate Contracting are able to provide and install materials that ensure the interior of the lift is fully protected. We can provide protection that can suit any lift size and are easily dismantled.
GROUTING
Elevate Contracting understands all stages of the lift build. After a lift is installed with the lift doors and frames a space exists between the rough opening and the door frame, this space is required to be fire rated as per AS1735-11 fire safety rating.
Elevate Contracting will brace the frame and fill this space with materials to fire rate the frame. Our team ensure we follow correct grouting procedures and use materials including either concrete or foam fill that comply with AS 1735-11.
LABOUR HIRE
Elevate Contracting understand client’s requirements in the lift industry and are skilled to meet all needs.
We have a qualified, experienced team and are able to provide labour to install lifts, clean down lifts and also the removal of lift waste. Our team are also able to provide transport and logistics solutions to all our customers.
